▶We consider manufacturability of error sensitivity reduction design based on tolerance analysis.
▶We can make prototypes such as a proof of concept. If the scale of the cost is large, we provide consulting services of making prototypes.
▶If you only have an idea but no specifications, we support you to create specifications.
There are many conditions for optical simulation.
▶We can perform illumination analysis and ghosting analysis with non-sequential ray tracing.
▶If you have many analysis conditions, we will create macros for automatic processing.
▶We will create python scripts to analyze a lot of data and make graphs. The results will be summarized in a report.
▶We can undertake the work of making analysis specifications and creating analysis models.
I would also like to ask for mechanical design of lens barrels or jigs.

▶We can create drawings necessary for machining mechanical parts using 3D-CAD.
▶For the design of lens barrel, we will consider the tolerance to achieve optical performance.
▶We can also perform stress analysis using FEA tools.
The results of optical measurement don’t has repeatability. We’d like to understand the cause and obtain repeatable data.

▶We will construct a new measurement system (hardware/software) according to your purpose.

I have no knowledge of diffraction. Can you help me with design and analysis of diffractive optical system?

▶For example, the design and analysis of Diffractive Optical Element(DOE) and Micro Lens Array(MLA) are available.
