Our company was established in Aichi prefecture as a company that provides optical design, prototyping, measurement, and development services.
We utilize our strengths in research and creativity to provide services that address the problems of our customers with solutions backed by science and ideas.
We also focus on system design. That is, we provide technology that goes beyond optical components to mechanical, software, electrical, and semiconductor device components so that the entire system can perform well.
Our Service
We provide services to meet the needs of our customers. Below are some examples.
I have an idea, but optics are not my specialty, so I’d like to leave it to you.
▶We can design optical system based on the specifications.
▶We can design imaging optics, illumination optics, laser optics, visual optics, and diffractive optics.
▶We consider manufacturability of error sensitivity reduction design based on tolerance analysis.
▶We can make prototypes such as a proof of concept. If the scale of cost is large, we provide consulting services of making prototypes.
▶If you only have an idea but no specifications, we support you to create specifications.
There are many conditions for optical simulation.
▶We can perform illumination analysis and ghosting analysis with non-sequential ray tracing.
▶If you have many analysis conditions, we will create macros for automatic processing.
▶We will create python scripts to analyze a lot of data and make graphs. The results will be summarized in a report.
▶We can undertake the work of making analysis specifications and creating analysis models.
I would also like to ask for mechanical design of lens barrels or jigs.

▶We can create drawings necessary for machining mechanical parts using 3D-CAD.
▶For lens barrel design, we can design to achieve optical performance based on tolerance analysis.
▶We can also perform stress analysis using FEA tools.
